1. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date for any paid course or digital product purchased directly from mydata.fun (for example, a Track Pass or All-Access pass). All purchases are one-time — we do not sell subscriptions and do not auto-renew charges. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- The request must come from the email address used at checkout.
- The account must not have violated our Terms of Service (for example, content scraping, account sharing, or abusive behavior).
3. Non-refundable items
- Purchases older than 14 days.
- Free items, scholarship seats, or access granted through promotional credits.
- Items in bundles where the bundle is marked non-refundable at checkout.
- Purchases made through third-party resellers or gift codes (contact the original seller).
4. How to request a refund
Email info@mydatalabs.org from the address used at purchase with the subject line "Refund request". Include:
- Your full name
- The order or receipt number
- The product or course name
- A brief reason for the request (optional, but helpful)
We typically respond within 3 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Once a refund is issued, access to the associated course or product will be revoked.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
