These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mydata.fun and related courses, content, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by MyData Labs LLC ("MyData Labs", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us at info@mydatalabs.org if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Educational use only
The Service is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or career advice. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, certification, job placement, salary increase, or other result.
3. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, MyData Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial learning. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute lessons, datasets, or other content without permission.
- Share your account or course access with others.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content to the learning feed.
- Use the Service to train competing AI models or to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (projects, posts, comments). By submitting content you grant MyData Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
6. Purchases
Some parts of the Service are offered for a fee as one-time purchases — for example, a Track Pass or All-Access pass. We do not sell recurring subscriptions and do not auto-renew charges. A paid purchase grants you lifetime access to the purchased track(s), including future lessons added to those tracks, subject to these Terms. Prices, features, and availability may change for new purchases. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms also apply. Taxes may be added where required by law. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including course materials, code, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by MyData Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party tools and content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is at your own risk and governed by their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyData Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to MyData Labs in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us anything.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MyData Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MyData Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
